Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream or canned coconut cream

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 scoop (about 30g) low-carb vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 4–6 ice cubes

  • 4–5 drops liquid stevia (or to taste)

  • Optional but awesome:

    • 1 cup raw spinach or 1/2 cup frozen spinach

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy (about 30–45 seconds).

  3. Pour into a tall glass or shaker bottle and enjoy immediately!
