With only three ingredients—olive oil, portobello mushroom caps, and Swiss cheese—you can whip up a flavorful bite that fits perfectly into your keto lifestyle.

๐Ÿฝ Ingredients:

  • 2 large portobello mushroom caps

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 slices Swiss cheese (or about 2 oz shredded)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Gently clean the mushroom caps with a damp paper towel and remove the stems.

  3. Brush each mushroom cap with olive oil on both sides.

  4. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet, gill side up.

  5. Top each with a slice of Swiss cheese.

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
