  • 8 cups water

  • 4–6 black tea bags (or green tea, if preferred)

  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda (optional, reduces bitterness)

  • Fresh lemon slices or mint (optional as garnish)

  • Ice cubes
