๐ง 1 Ingredient Keto Cheese Crackers – Simple, Crispy, Low-Carb!
If you’re following a keto or low-carb lifestyle, you know how hard it is to find snacks that are crunchy, satisfying, and actually keto-friendly. Many different cheeses will work in this recipe. I have used cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, but I like using provolone cheese the best. Cheese Crackers—a one-ingredient snack that’s crispy, savory, and unbelievably easy to make.
These crackers are made with nothing but cheese. That’s it. No flour, no preservatives, no weird ingredients—just real cheese baked into perfection. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite, a party platter item, or something to dip into guac or salsa, these little rounds of joy have you covered.

Provolone cheese slices (round deli-style, pre-sliced works best). Other cheeses will work in this recipe, but provolone is my favorite cheese for this recipe.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (not wax paper, it must be parchment to prevent sticking).

Place provolone slices on the parchment paper, spaced about an inch apart. I cut my provolone cheese into smaller pieces that are shaped like a cracker size (square or round in shape).

Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and bubbly.

Let them cool on the baking sheet for 5–10 minutes. They’ll crisp up as they cool.

Optional: Sprinkle with a touch of Italian seasoning, salt or red pepper flakes before baking for an extra kick.
