๐ฅ Keto Spinach & Feta Omelet Recipe (Serves 2)
Ingredients:

2 tbsp heavy cream

1 cup fresh spinach (rough chopped)

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Garnish: A sprinkle of chili flakes or a few cherry tomato halves (just watch the carb count)
Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk eggs with heavy cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Heat olive oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
